Due to the large number of “Solar Technical Questions” we were getting from people who had not yet purchased our guide, we have had to remove technical support information from this page. We apologize for this but we have decided to focus our time on those who have purchased the guide already. Once you have purchased SolarHeaterGuides.com you will be given a link to our “Technical Support Center” where you can get help with any of your technical questions. Hope you can understand that our priorities go to those who have already purchased.
Ordering Details
Online Orders --- The fastest and most secure way to order our products is online. Click on the “Home” link at the bottom of this page and then scroll down to the bottom and click “Add to Cart” to complete your order. If you would like to order with another method, see below. You can always email us if you have any questions.
Mail In Orders --- If you wish to order by money order, you can mail your payments to the address below. Be sure to include your Name and Email Address and make payable to Flatrock Ventures, LLC . Please no personal checks, only money orders or certified funds. If you have any questions regarding ordering by mail, use the email listed above.
Wire Transfers --- If you would like to wire your payment to us, please use Western Union and send it to Byron Walker/Flatrock Ventures, LLC in Denver, Colorado. Once you have a confirmation number, email us the details and we’ll go to receive the funds and email you back with shipping details.
Phone Orders --- Please email us at info@SolarHeaterGuides.com to pay with credit card over the phone, give your phone number and best times to call.
